It is okay not to be perfect. Mistakes are totally normal…you need them to learn more about yourself and what you can do in life or in the classroom. I find myself trying so hard to be a certain way that I forget to just be who I am. I find myself controlling and straining myself in order to not make a mistake and that just leaves me tense in the end.
I need to remind myself, it is okay.
I do think, though, having high expectations for yourself is great but don’t get so down on yourself if you stumble on the way to them. You WILL reach them in the end.
This post is mostly a reminder for myself.
